Set up an Automatic Regular Donation

 

Set up an automatic payment through Internet banking:
• Login to your internet banking website.
• Create a new “automatic payment” (bill payments section) on your bank website.
• Note: Bank fee may apply.
• Fill in account name: CHB Branch RNZSPCA account number: 03-0779-0238994-000 in bank details, the amount and frequency of the donation and add these references for “details on their reference” -
o Reference 1: Donation.
o Reference 2: Your Phone Number.
• Follow your bank instructions to complete the transaction.
E-mail us to confirm the first payment has been received. Please state your account name, date and amount of the donation (please note this is checked once a week).
[Alternatively “click here to donate a specified amount”. Select your internet bank login, where our bank details will be pre-populated on a “bill payment” page for you. You can make one donation (alter the amount if desired) THEN SAVE THIS PAYEE to store us in your internet banking – usually a box to tick during that payment. Then follow your bank instructions for setting up an regular automatic payment.]

 

At your bank in person:
• Take our bank details (below) to your bank and ask them to set up an automatic payment as follows -
o Account Name: “CHB Branch RNZSPCA 
o Account number: 03-0779-0238994-000 trading as CHB SPCA
o Reference 1: Donation
o Reference 2: Your Phone Number
o Reference 3: Your Name (if different to your bank account name)
• Note: bank fees may apply – check with your bank.

Donations in person are accepted Monday to Saturday 10am – 1pm at the centre.

Post cheques to: CHB SPCA, 15 Coughlan Rd, Waipukurau, 4200. To receive a receipt, please include your full name, postal address, telephone number and an email address if you have one.

 

Memorial Giving: Donations in memory of a person are especially appreciated and we express our sympathy to the bereaved family. Please include your contact details and the name of the deceased. Please indicate the applicable name if a receipt is required.
Donate at bank

Pay directly into 'CHB SPCA' bank account at any Westpac branch to account number: 03-0779-0238994-000 trading as CHB SPCA.

Please include your name and an e-mail or postal address in the references. Please e-mail us if you require a receipt stating the date of the donation so we can confirm it has been received.

Receipts

Let us know when making your donation e-mail us with your full name as registered with the IRD, the date of your donation with amount and method used, your postal address and your phone number.

Tax Rebate

All donations over $5 are eligible for a one-third income tax rebate through the IRD. See IRD website for details (or Ph 0800 227 774). You will need a receipt to do this.

Did You Know you can also give the tax rebate claimed to the CHB SPCA as below by nominating us on the IRD Tax Credit Claim Form IR526 (which you send to the IRD);

 

Transferring Your Tax Credit (in Box 9 & 10 near the bottom):

Name of person: C H B BRANCH OF RSPCA IRD number: 088-645-367

Transfer to year ending: Put the current tax year (next end of March)

Amount to transfer: specify all or part of the rebate as you prefer

The IRD will transfer the credit to C H B BRANCH OF RSPCA account and pay that amount to our bank account. The animals you help would be extra happy about that!
